Rose Charities Canada is a member of the Rose Charities International 'family' of organizations and program support groups. These groups vary from the fully nationally registered (Malaysia, USA, Sri Lanka ), through highly active and program involved non-registered committees and meeting groups (Singapore, New Zealand), to those who exist as Rose Program support groups running under other registered organizations (ie with similar goals and aims)  (Nepal, Cambodia, Vietnam). In addition Rose has a number of smaller groups within various countries who are focused specifically on their programs yet link also closely with Rose Charities registered organization(s). (Haiti, Zambia)  This flexibility of structure is a testament to the philosophy of Rose Charities that the target of is what the can be done at ground level for others not the formal type of structure with is important. Thus any 'vehicle' which can be used to truly help, and is legal and convenient is acceptable. In addition  registration rules vary hugely from country to country and in many cases confers no advantage to program implementation.
