Our Vocational Students at St Joseph’s are doing a great job.  They’re at the top of their classes in grades and practical performance. We have nine students there right now studying building, tailoring, carpentry and hair dressing. This year four of our Stand Tall graduates have won scholarships to attend St. Joseph’s Vocational School.  Students who attend vocational school not only learn a skill that will earn them a job in the future but those that choose the ‘craft’ level of studies are also qualified to continue their studies at the university level once they’ve completed their course of study. Stand Tall encourages its vocational graduates to practice their skills at the school. We hire our own graduates to make school uniforms, to do carpentry work and participate in building projects.
